Role: Rocket Mainframe Platform Developer

Location: Chennai / Hyderabad / Kolkata / Hybrid

Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain mainframe applications
• Work with Rocket Software tools (U2, UniVerse, UniData, D3, etc.)
• Write and optimize programs using COBOL, JCL, REXX
• Handle batch & online processing (CICS)
• Perform debugging, testing & performance tuning
• Work with DB2 / IMS / VSAM databases
• Provide production support & incident resolution

Required Skills

• Strong experience in COBOL, JCL, CICS
• Hands-on with DB2 / IMS / VSAM
• Experience with Rocket Software platform/tools
• Good understanding of mainframe architecture
• Strong debugging & problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• Exposure to Rocket U2 (UniVerse / UniData)
• Knowledge of mainframe modernization tools
• Experience in banking / insurance domain
