Robotic Process Automation Engineer

Vaisesika is looking for an experienced RPA Developer to lead the design, development, and scaling of automation solutions across the organization. This is a high-impact role requiring strong technical expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RPA lifecycle: opportunity identification, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Conduct and drive prioritization sessions with stakeholders to align automation initiatives with business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, IT, etc.) to identify and implement automation use cases
• Develop scalable solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate
• Ensure solutions are secure, robust, and follow governance and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing existing automation processes
• Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems in collaboration with IT teams
• Prepare and maintain documentation (PDDs, SDDs)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in RPA development and implementation
• Strong experience in stakeholder management & prioritization of automation initiatives
• Expertise in at least one RPA tool (UiPath preferred)
• Solid understanding of business processes across functions (Finance, Operations, HR, Supply Chain)
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in process analysis, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Intelligent Automation (AI/ML, OCR, NLP)
• Hands-on experience with Python, PowerShell, or VB.NET
• Experience in enterprise environments with governance and compliance
• Relevant RPA certifications
