Job Title: Risk Architect

Location: Noida / Pune

Experience: 7+ years in Credit Cards / Consumer Lending

The Mission:

Youll be the architect of how we grow our Credit Card business responsibly yet aggressively. Partnering with the US Risk team, youll design frameworks, models, and strategies that directly influence the P&L while safeguarding against credit and fraud risks.

What Youll Do:

Underwriting Engine: Build next-gen Yes/No decision systems for card products.

Credit Frameworks: Define line-of-credit determination, credit limit increase/decrease policies, and portfolio management strategies.

Pricing Models: Develop risk-based APR frameworks to optimize Risk-Adjusted Margin (RAM).

Fraud Defense: Outsmart bust-out artists and synthetic identities before they hit our books.

Loss Estimation: Create LGD/EAD-based loss forecasting frameworks.

Stress Testing: Run portfolio stress tests using Excel, SQL, and Python to simulate shocks and validate resilience.

Data Strategy: Use Python/SQL to uncover hidden alpha in alternative and traditional data sources.

Industry Veteran: 7+ years in Credit Cards (youve seen a cycle or two).

Strategic Influencer: Tired of being a cog in the machineyou want to shape the P&L.

Translator: Can explain LGD/EAD to Risk Leads and Biz teams as easily as you can code a scraper. Analytical Builder: Skilled in Excel, SQL, Python; able to turn intelligence into frameworks that scale.
