Job Description
- Managed end-to-end Service Bulletin (SB) lifecycle from initiation to dispatch.
- Provided technical inputs for authoring and supported authors during the process.
- Initiated Investigation Requests, Technical Approvals, and Airworthiness Approvals.
- Conducted kick-off meetings and handled cross-functional query resolution.
- Coordinated with stakeholders, Design Office, and authors for clarifications and DCRs.
- Raised and managed Draft Correction Requests (DCRs) and ensured timely closure.
