Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Retail Planner. The Retail Planner will manage demand planning, analyze sales trends, optimize inventory, and develop strategies to improve sales performance. The role also involves collaborating with teams to align inventory with customer needs, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring efficient product distribution.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Demand Planning expertise
- Proficiency in Inventory Management to maintain optimal stock levels
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and vendors
- Knowledge and experience in Retail operations
- Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in retail management software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in a similar role within the retail industry will be advantageous
