Were looking for a Retail Designer (02 years experience) who enjoys thinking, sketching, visualising, and presenting ideas. This role is focused on concept design, not just execution, so youll be working right at the start of the creative process.

At Shop Pros, you wont be doing repetitive work. Youll get real exposure to concept creation, client presentations, and live projects, working closely with experienced designers.

What Youll Do

• Create retail concepts, themes, and storytelling ideas
• Build 3D views (SketchUp) and presentation decks
• Work on mood boards, materials, and design directions
• Contribute to shaping customer journeys and experiences
• Collaborate with the team on live brand projects

What We are looking for

• Strong design sense and creative thinking
• Skills in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Photoshop/Illustrator (preferable)
• Ability to present ideas clearly and confidently
• Interest in retail, branding, and experience design
• Someone curious, proactive, and eager to learn

Location

Bangalore (On-site role)

Qulifications

• Bachelors in Architecture or Interior Design
• Masters in Retail / Experience Design is a plus
