Residential Interior Project Manager

Job Description

The Residential Interior Project Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of residential interior design and fit-out projects from inception to completion. The role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved designs, quality standards, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor residential interior projects through all project phases
• Coordinate with designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams (Spatially Supervisors)
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Oversee site activities to ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and adherence to specifications
• Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews
• Manage procurement, material approvals, and vendor performance
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions as required
• Ensure timely handover and close-out documentation
• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing residential interior or fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction practices
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects (5-10) and deadlines effectively
