What You Will Do Daily

• Expert Sourcing: Identify, engage, and onboard high-profile industry experts on a daily basis using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other proprietary databases.
• Project Matching: Deeply understand diverse, complex Non-IT project requirements across various industries.
• Corporate Navigation: Analyze organization hierarchies and departments to pinpoint the exact decision-makers or specialists required for a project.
• End-to-End Coordination: Facilitate and schedule consultation calls between our clients and the onboarded industry experts.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or an expert network company.
• Sourcing Masters: Advanced hands-on experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter is a must.
• Communication Champions: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills to converse with global experts and clients.
• Business Acumen: A strong understanding of how different industries, departments, and corporate structures function.
• Night Shift Comfort: Absolute readiness to work the 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM shift.
