Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate Intern to join our Equity Research team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical exposure to professional investment research within a SEBI-regulated environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior research professionals and contribute to company analysis, industry research, valuation exercises, financial modelling, investment research, and investor education initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, organise, and analyse financial, business, and industry data.

Assist in preparing equity research reports, investment notes, presentations, and market commentaries.

Support financial modelling, valuation analysis, and company screening activities.

Monitor market developments, earnings releases, regulatory announcements, and corporate actions.

Conduct industry and competitive landscape research.

Assist in validating investment theses through data-driven analysis.

Contribute to investor education content and research publications.

Maintain research databases and support internal analytical processes.

Adhere to SEBI regulations, internal compliance standards, and research protocols.

Candidate Profile

Strong interest in capital markets, investing, business analysis, and equity research.

Excellent analytical and quantitative aptitude.

Ability to interpret financial statements and business information.

Strong research, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Knowledge of valuation methodologies, financial modelling, or capital markets will be an advantage.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing studies in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

MBA (Finance), M.Com, B.Com, BBA, CA Inter, CS, CFP, CMA, CFA candidates, and finance enthusiasts are encouraged to apply.

NISM Certifications, CFA Programme participation, Financial Modelling certifications, NCFM certifications, or relevant market experience will be viewed favourably.

Fresh graduates and final-year students with a strong interest in capital markets, equity research, and investment analysis are welcome to apply.
