R&D Engineer Advanced Hybrid Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Systems

We are developing a next-generation hybrid refrigeration and air-conditioning technology with the potential to significantly improve energy efficiency, reduce operating costs, and redefine conventional cooling systems.

This is a unique opportunity for a bright, passionate engineer to work directly with the founder on breakthrough concepts from design through prototyping, testing, and commercialization.

A highly motivated Mechanical or Thermal Engineer who:

Is fascinated by refrigeration, thermodynamics, and heat transfer

Enjoys solving difficult engineering problems

Likes hands-on prototyping and experimentation

Wants to contribute to potentially patentable technology

Is excited about creating a globally significant product

Develop and analyze innovative refrigeration and air-conditioning cycles

Design and size compressors, heat exchangers, and related components

Create 3D CAD models and engineering drawings

Build and test prototypes

Instrument systems and analyze performance data

Optimize efficiency, reliability, and manufacturability

Assist with technical documentation and patent support

B.Tech or M.Tech in Mechanical, Thermal, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering

05 years of relevant experience (exceptional fresh graduates welcome)

Strong understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, psychrometrics, and refrigeration

Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ANSYS, or similar tools

Hands-on aptitude for prototyping and testing
