Job Responsibilities

• Conduct investor relations activities for listed companies, including creation and distribution of Annual Reports, Investor Presentations, Investor FAQs, Fact Sheets, and other shareholder communication materials.
• Perform in-depth analysis of start-up ventures to assess fundraising requirements by understanding business models and financial viability, providing actionable investment insights.
• Prepare Financial Models, Pitch Decks, Business Plans, Valuation Reports, One-Pagers, Company Profiles, Industry Reports, and Peer Group Analysis.
• Identify and filter suitable investors, present proposals to them, and schedule and conduct investor meetings.
• Assist in the preparation of DRHP chapters for SME and Mainboard listings, ensuring regulatory compliance and comprehensive disclosure of business operations, financials, and risk factors.

Educational Qualifications

• CFA Level III (Preferred)
• Masters Degree in Finance or PGDM with specialization in Finance

• Strong financial acumen with advanced financial modeling skills and the ability to identify and structure key business drivers for forecasting.
• Highest level of ethical integrity and professionalism.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
