Requirements and Change Request Management

Manage, coordinate, and baseline all requirements and specifications with internal and external stakeholders (EEZ, JVs, CARIAD, suppliers).

Drive and track the complete change request (CR) lifecycle, incl. clarification, evaluation, documentation, stakeholder alignment, and integration into specifications

Control and coordinate FO specification releases, functional buildup tracking (IDs, Capabilities, PLM), CR statistics, and project documentation

Managing highly complex requirement and CR structures across brands, suppliers, functional owners, and technical systems including diagnostics, FOhandover, CARIAD interfaces, PLM dependencies, and CCB decision processes

Atlassian Toolchain (JIRA, confluence9), CODEBEAMER or DOORS, System42

Requirements & change request management (incl. baselining, stakeholder alignment, CCB preparation)

Technical evaluation & plausibility checks of CRs in collaboration with functional owners

Specification coordination including functional buildup, FOhandover, and PLM tracking

Strong crossfunctional stakeholder coordination (CARIAD, JVs, suppliers, EEZ)
