·       Generate standard operational and HR reports as per defined schedules

·       Extract, cleanse, and validate HR data from multiple systems

·       Maintain reporting accuracy and ensure timely delivery of outputs

·       Support ad-hoc reporting and data requests

·       Update dashboards, trackers, and reporting templates
