EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in Project Management, Release Management or related IT Operations, with a strong understanding of Agile, ITIL and Change principles
• Experience of service management tooling and workflow automation.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tooling including Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot; familiarity with Claude Code for AI-assisted development and automation tasks is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to design and apply effective prompt structures across generative AI tools, including system prompts, contextual instructions, and multi-turn dialogue patterns.
• Experience creating reusable AI Skills and custom instructions to standardise outputs, encode team knowledge, and accelerate consistent delivery across recurring workflows.
• Ability to configure and manage AI Projects, including scoped context setting, persistent instructions, and knowledge integration to support focused, multi-session work.
• Practical understanding of AI Agents and agentic workflows, including designing multi-step autonomous task pipelines, tool use, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints to support release coordination and operational processes.

• Education :
