  • Location: Pune (Work From Oce Mandatory)
  • Work Schedule: 6 days a week
  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

About the Role :

At SolarSquare, the Relationship Manager team plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional

customer experience.


As a Relationship Manager Trainee, you will become the primary point of contact for

homeowners after they purchase a rooftop solar system. Your role is to guide customers

through every stage of their solar journey while ensuring transparent communication and

seamless coordination with internal teams.


This role is customer-facing, relationship-driven, and process-oriented, and it is based entirely in our Pune oce.


What You Will Do:


  • Own the end-to-end customer journey after a rooftop solar system purchase.
  • Provide clear and proactive updates on installation milestones and timelines.
  • Handle customer queries with empathy, professionalism, and patience.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues early to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • This role requires individuals who are comfortable handling frequent customer conversations and maintaining consistent communication while following structured processes.
  • All selected candidates join as Relationship Manager Trainees.
