Role summary

Visit the assigned merchants daily as per your route/beat plan.

Build good relationships with shop owners to increase business.

Train and guide merchants and their staff on how to use the Benow app.

Ensure merchants are activated and regularly doing transactions.

Achieve monthly transaction and GMV targets.

Inform merchants about new offers, schemes, and marketing campaigns from Banks, Brands, and Benow.

Help resolve merchant issues by coordinating with your manager and internal teams.

Collect market feedback and share updates about competitors or customer trends with your sales leader.
