Role Overview


We areseekingdynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager Sales to source home loan applications, build relationships with multiple banks, and ensure smooth loan processing based on customer needs. This is a sales-driven role, where the candidate must have the ability toidentifythe right bank based on the customer's profile and loan eligibility. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and have experience in home loans, banking, or DSA sales.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Loan Sourcing:Identifyandacquirecustomers seeking home loans through field visits, direct sourcing, and referrals.
  2. Bank Coordination:Meet with banks and NBFCs toidentifythe best loan products suited for customers andfacilitateloan processing.
  3. Customer Consultation:Assess customers' financial profiles, explain loan terms, andassistthem in gathering necessary documentation.
  4. Document Collection & CRM Update:Collect and verify customer documents, ensuring all necessary paperwork issubmittedfor loan processing. Update CRM with all activities, customer interactions, and loan progress in real-time.
  5. Relationship Management:Work closely with Home Loan Executives (HLEs) and partners to maximize loan file attachments and conversions.
  6. Customer Engagement:Build long-term relationships with customers andmaintaina detailed record of their financial and loan needs.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Education:Must be a graduate from any stream.
  2. Experience:Minimum2 yearsof experience in loan sales with a bank / NBFC or DSA company.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending practices, and affordable housing finance programs.

  • Skills Required:

    1. Strong sales acumen with the ability to generate leads and close deals.
    2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    3. Ability to travelfrequentlyand work independently in a target-driven environment.
    4. Prior experience in the banking, NBFC, or DSA industry is a plus.
    5. Knowledge of home loan documentation and loan processing is preferred.
    6. Ability toidentifythe right bank based on customer profiles.
    7. ProficiencyinCRM software and loan processing systems.
    8. Bilingual skills (English & Tamil) preferred.
