The Role & Responsibilities
Partner Acquisition: Identify, reach out to, and communicate with high-potential beauty and wellness partners to bring them onto the Makeover platform.
- End-to-End Onboarding: Guide new partners through the entire onboarding pipeline, ensuring a seamless transition and excellent first experience.
- Strategy & Deliverables: Draft clear partner deliverables, onboarding materials, and communication strategies to scale our acquisition efforts.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring their long-term engagement and success on the platform.
- Exceptional Communicators: You know how to pitch a vision, build instant trust, and close partnerships.
