Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Regional Head to lead and expand business operations across the designated region, ensuring strong operational delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction aligned with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end regional operations in line with business strategy
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
• Ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project/service delivery
• Enforce HSE compliance and corporate policies across operations
• Manage and mentor teams across operations, delivery, and key accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Oversee budgeting, KPIs, utilization, and performance reporting
• Optimize costs, resources, and operational efficiency
• Lead risk management, crisis handling, and business continuity planning
• Drive employee engagement, training, and succession planning
• Represent the organization in industry forums and client meetings

Key Skills

• Strong regional market understanding (Oil & Gas / EPC)
• Proven leadership and team management capability
• Client relationship & stakeholder management expertise
• Strong financial acumen (P&L management, budgeting, cost control)
• Strategic thinking and execution excellence

Qualifications

• BE (Mechanical) and/or MBA

Experience

• 20+ years in Operations / Delivery
• Minimum 5 years in a regional leadership role
• Experience in TIC / EPC / Oil & Gas sectors preferred
