Are you a relationship-driven sales leader with experience in B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Partnerships? If you're passionate about building high-value networks and driving business growth, we'd love to hear from you!

We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial individual to support the growth of our tech-enabled real estate business. The role involves executing and optimizing offline lead generation activities, building strong broker and builder networks, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive a robust sales funnel and business growth.

At Flipspaces, we're looking for a Regional Head Business Development to expand our presence by building strong partnerships and generating high-quality commercial interior fit-out opportunities.

Bangalore I Mumbai


Ideal Candidate:

6+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships

Strong network within the commercial real estate, corporate, or enterprise ecosystem is an added advantage

Proven track record of generating and closing high-value business opportunities

Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth


Key Responsibilities:

1.Drive offline and relationship-led lead generation initiatives to build a strong business pipeline.

2.Develop and maintain a robust network of brokers, Commercial Real estate builders, real estate consultants and channel partners to generate commercial Fitout opportunities.

3.Conduct market mapping to identify upcoming office setups, relocations, and expansion projects across target industries.

4.Generate and qualify high-potential project opportunities before handing them over to the sales team for further engagement.

5.Build and maintain a structured prospect database and ensure accurate lead tracking in CRM systems.

6.Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and improve lead-to-opportunity conversion.

7.Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives to generate qualified leads.

8.Participate in industry networking events, developer meetings, and ecosystem forums to expand Flipspaces market presence.

9.Track and analyze lead generation performance metrics and pipeline health, and share regular reports with leadership.
