Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Reference Data Business Analyst with strong exposure to Capital Markets and Gloss platform knowledge. The candidate will be responsible for managing consolidation of reference data across multiple GLOSS instances into a unified data model and supporting successful migration and platform consolidation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage consolidation of reference data from 5 GLOSS instances into a unified data model.
• Define and execute data migration strategies for platform consolidation initiatives.
• Coordinate NINA/RDM integration activities and ensure smooth data synchronization.
• Analyze, map, and validate reference data across systems and platforms.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency throughout migration and transformation activities.
• Collaborate with business, operations, technology, and data management teams.
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and remediation approaches.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, testing, and migration sign-offs.
• Create functional specifications, mapping documents, and business process documentation.
• Participate in governance discussions, stakeholder meetings, and status reporting.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong Capital Markets experience.
• Mandatory knowledge of GLOSS platform/system.
• Strong understanding of reference data management concepts.
• Experience working on platform consolidation and migration projects.
• Knowledge of settlement, post-trade, and operational workflows preferred.
