Job Description

Level 2/3 Linux Server administration – Install configure and maintain Linux servers ( Ubuntu , Red Hat , Cent OS , Dabian)

Performance monitoring – Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and optimize resource utilization

Security Management - Implement and maintain security Policies, firewalls and Patch management.

Configuration management with help of automation tool like Ansible

Hands on experience on Server OS upgrade ( In-place or with new Build VM )

Handon Experience in VMware admin, Nutanix and other hypervisor technology

Knowledge of Red hat Satellite server

Knowledge of DNS, AD and NTP protocols

Good Understanding of LAN / WAN networking

Maintain accurate system documentation, SOPs and runbook

Server monitoring tools ( Site24 , Nagios or other )

Vendor Management

Experience on server migration , storage migration or Datacenter Migration tasks
