Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Red Team Engineer with hands-on experience in offensive security, adversary simulation, and penetration testing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Red Team operations, Active Directory exploitation, C2 frameworks, EDR evasion, and network/application security assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Red Team engagements and adversary simulation exercises.
• Perform internal and external network penetration testing.
• Execute web, mobile, API, and iOS application security assessments.
• Assess and exploit Active Directory environments.
• Develop and operate Command & Control (C2) frameworks during engagements.
• Identify and bypass EDR/XDR security controls.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and post-exploitation activities.
• Document findings and provide remediation recommendations.
• Collaborate with Blue Team and Security Operations teams to improve security posture.

Mandatory Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on Red Teaming experience.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory attacks and privilege escalation techniques.
• Experience with C2 Frameworks (Cobalt Strike, Sliver, Mythic, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with EDR detection and evasion techniques.
• Network Penetration Testing (Internal & External).
• Web Application Penetration Testing.
• Mobile Application Security Testing (Android/iOS).
• API Security Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Nmap and reconnaissance methodologies.
• Knowledge of GraphQL security testing.
• Good understanding of attack frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.

Good to Have:

• Experience with cloud security assessments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• OSCP, CRTP, CRTO, PNPT, CEH, or similar certifications.
• Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Experience with phishing simulations and social engineering assessments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
