1. Sourcing and recruiting in Risk and management, compliance and controls, money laundering, analytics, data science

2. 1+ year of relevant experience in sourcing and recruiting in Legal and Audit, compliance. Understanding of the domain, hired for Audit roles in the past. Data and analytics, niche recruitment

3. Finance hiring for controllers, FP&A (NON-IT)

4. Excellent communication skills

5. Flexibility across teams

Job Responsibilities

Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance for Firmwide Functions roles, ranging from Analyst to Vice President level.

Conduct requirement intake meetings with hiring managers, advising on recruitment best practices, controls, and policies.

Identify, evaluate, and present qualified candidates, adjusting strategies based on feedback and market trends.

Prior experience using PowerPoint, Excel and Word to analyze and present hiring and market data. Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

Prior experience recruiting for Firmwide Functions (Risk, Finance, Audit, Legal, Compliance, HR, etc.) would be preferred.
