Reconciliation & Settlement Agent

Role Description

Were looking for a detail-oriented Reconciliation & Settlement Agent to join our payment gateway operations team. In this role, you will ensure accurate transaction reconciliation and timely merchant settlements while maintaining financial integrity across banks, card networks, and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily transaction reconciliation across internal systems, banks, and payment partners
• Identify, investigate, and resolve settlement discrepancies
• Process and validate merchant settlements (fees, commissions, chargebacks, adjustments)
• Prepare reconciliation and settlement reports
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
• 13 years experience in payments, banking operations, or reconciliation
• Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
