Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist located in Bengaluru. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, handling incoming calls, welcoming guests, and providing excellent customer service. Other responsibilities include managing the front desk, performing clerical and administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the office environment is well-organized and professionally maintained.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and the ability to manage calls professionally
• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with diverse individuals
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, including problem-solving and a friendly demeanor
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
