This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai for a Real Estate Executive. The primary responsibilities include managing property transactions, overseeing property and facility management, maintaining relationships with developers and clients, and providing expert advice on commercial real estate. The role also involves assisting clients in identifying ideal real estate opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the property acquisition process.

• Expertise in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate operations and transactions
• Strong skills in Property Management and Facility Management
• Understanding of Finance as it relates to real estate transactions and investment strategies
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities
• Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in technology and digital tools used within the real estate industry
• Experience in the Mumbai or Pune real estate markets is a strong advantage
• Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred
