Role Overview As an Investment Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic sales initiatives. You will act as a bridge between clients, channel partners, and the company, ensuring the delivery of high-value real estate solutions while contributing to Square Yards global expansion goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and align with the core values and goals of the company.
  • Research and analyze the market, competitors, and industry trends to identify potential opportunities.
  • Promote and present real estate products and investment opportunities in a professional and structured manner.
  • Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and clients through regular interactions (in person, phone, and email).
  • Conduct cold calling, client meetings, and presentations to generate new business.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the company and existing/potential clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements, deals, and partnerships in line with company objectives.
  • Address client objections effectively, ensuring conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide insights on upcoming projects, product developments, and promotional offers to stakeholders.
  • Track sales performance and contribute to achieving monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and client interactions using CRM tools. Desired

  • Skills & Competencies

    • Experience in a sales-driven industry such as Pharma, BFSI, Telecom, FMCG, Insurance, or Real Estate.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • High degree of self-motivation, resilience, and result orientation.
    • Ability to understand financial/investment products and explain them effectively to clients.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
    • Strong networking skills and ability to build long-term professional relationships.
