About the Role

We are looking for a React Native Software Engineer to help build high-quality mobile applications for a fast-growing AI company. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to create seamless mobile experiences that serve a rapidly growing user base.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-performance mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver user-centric features.
• Develop reusable components and scalable mobile architectures.
• Optimise application performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in React Native and mobile technologies.

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in React Native development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience building and shipping mobile applications on iOS and Android.
• Solid understanding of React Native architecture, state management, and component design.
• Experience integrating APIs and working with backend services.
• Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on consumer-facing mobile products at scale.
• Familiarity with mobile performance optimisation and debugging.
• Experience with Expo, Redux, React Query, or similar tools.
• Understanding of mobile analytics, crash reporting, and monitoring tools.
• Exposure to AI-powered applications, chat interfaces, or modern consumer apps.
