About your new Role:

• Build and maintain the Android & iOS app using React Native
• Collaborate closely with product, backend, and design teams to deliver pixel-perfect, high-performing interfaces.
• Optimise app performance, reduce load times, and ensure seamless UI transitions.
• Manage app releases, handle store submissions, and monitor crash analytics (Firebase, CleverTap).
• Maintain clean, modular code with strong attention to scalability and version control (Git).

Brownie:

• Youve built or contributed to apps with >100K+ installs.
• Youre curious about growth, retention, and user behavior as much as clean code.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or a related field, with strong foundations in Data Structures and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Alma Mater: Graduates from Tier-1 or Tier-2 engineering institutes (such as IIT, NIT, BITS, IIIT, VIT, etc.) are preferred.
• Experience: 25 years of hands-on experience in React Native, with at least one published app on the Play Store or App Store.
• Domain Exposure: Prior experience working on gaming, fintech, or high-user-engagement consumer applications is a plus.

• React Native using React Native CLI (not Expo SDK)

• Android & iOS native build setup familiarity

State Management

• MobX (preferred and currently used)
• Redux / Redux Toolkit (acceptable alternative)

Native Integration

• Usage of Native Modules via React Native Bridge
• Basic understanding of Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Objective-C/Swift) integration is a plus
