R&D Design Executive – Mechanical Engineering

Wick Automation LLP is an innovative automotive technology company focused on Automatic tyre management systems for commercial vehicles. We work on automation-driven solutions that improve vehicle safety, tyre life, fuel efficiency, and operational performance.

We are looking for passionate Mechanical Engineering interns who enjoy hands-on learning, problem-solving, prototyping, and real-world product development.

Responsibilities

Assist in the design and development of mechanical and pneumatic systems

Support prototyping, testing, and validation activities

Work on CAD modeling using SolidWorks

Perform basic simulations and analysis using ANSYS

Participate in assembly, troubleshooting, and product testing

Collaborate with the R&D team on innovation and product improvement

Research new engineering technologies and solutions

Eligibility

Pursuing or completed B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Experience in Formula Bharat, Baja SAE, Go-Karting, Robotics, or technical societies is preferred

Basic understanding or willingness to learn Pneumatics

Knowledge of SolidWorks and ANSYS

Strong curiosity, self-learning attitude, and problem-solving mindset

Internship Details

Location: Faridabad, Haryana

Salary : 35,000 CTC
