Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MSc graduate in Physics or Mathematics to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will assist in experimental setups, data analysis, modeling, and documentation to support ongoing research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting experiments and simulations as part of R&D initiatives.
• Perform data collection, preprocessing, and statistical analysis.
• Support in developing mathematical models and theoretical frameworks.
• Conduct literature surveys to stay current with emerging research trends.
• Document research findings, experimental procedures, and results.
• Collaborate with engineers and scientists across disciplines.
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Master's with keen interest in Physics or Mathematics (Freshers or up to 2 years experience).
• Strong foundation in mathematical analysis, statistics, and/or physical modeling.
• Basic understanding of scientific computing tools (e.g., Python, MATLAB, or similar).
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new research topics.
• Good communication and technical writing skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Exposure to numerical methods, optimization, or machine learning.
• Experience with data visualization and scientific reporting tools.
• Familiarity with lab instruments or experimental methods (for physics-based roles).
