Quintiq Algorith Expert

Good understanding of Manufacturing Processes and relevant IT Systems
Exposure to functions such as Production Planning/ Workforce planning/ Logistics planning, Production Order Scheduling, Inventory, Quality, Order Management, Plant Performance, etc.
Knowledge and understanding of Business KPIs

Hands on experience in design, implementation, testing and debugging of Quintiq Optimizers to solve planning puzzles
Strong technical and functional understanding Quintiq Scheduler
Conversant with QPLC methodology and Express QPLC
Validation of solution during SIT and UAT
Work directly with clients to guide complex projects and develop innovative solutions
Strong communication and presentation skills
A minimum of 10-12 years prior experience on Quintiq
At least 6-8 years of hands-on systems configuration experience inQuintiq
Successful completion of at least 2-3 full life cycle implementations of Quintiq Solutions
Strong ability to engage in discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions when necessary
Focus on business process re-engineering efforts, technology enablement, and related changemanagement.
Certified Level 3 Quintiq Algorithm Expert ( as per old system; level 2 as per new system) preferred
Experience on Quintiq integration with ERP, OPC and other MES systems
Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Experience on Database (SQL, Oracle), Java and C#

Experience in requirement gathering/ analysis and derive technical interpretation
Experience in presentation to stakeholders
Ability to work with cross functional and cross-cultural teams successfully

Strong verbal and written communication in English
