The individual will also focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to ensure a seamless commerce experience.

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills for data analysis and decision-making
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in the retail, e-commerce, or related industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field preferred
