The company prides itself on serving only the finest coffee less than 48 hours out of the roaster, ensuring peak flavor for its customers. Toffee Coffee Roasters is now a D2C Coffee brand (200,000+ Coffee Lovers+) serving Single Origins, Speciality Blends, Cold Brews and Hot Brews, Speciality instant and Filter Coffee from the finest coffee regions of the world. TCR also appeared on Shark Tank India and got a deal from Ritesh Agarwal.
Note: This is a full time, in office role based in Jigani, Bangalore. We are looking for candidates with up to 1-2 years of experience.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Quick Commerce Manager at Toffee Coffee Roasters. The role involves overseeing partnerships with quick commerce platforms, managing business negotiations, analyzing sales data, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The manager will work closely with internal teams to optimize sales performance and improve customer experiences while driving growth through various online and offline channels.
Responsibility
Build and maintain strong relationships with category and account teams across partner platforms.
Monitor and optimize sales performance, pricing, promotions, and product listings to drive growth.
Execute joint business plans, marketing campaigns, and new product launches for key accounts.
Develop and implement account growth strategies aligned with brand and revenue objectives.
Collaborate with creative and category teams to manage ad copies, banners, and listing content.
Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and promotional strategies across quick commerce platforms.
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports, highlighting key insights and action points for stakeholders.
Support product launches, promotional offers, and seasonal campaign execution.
Ensure advertising campaigns are aligned with inventory availability and platform compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Negotiation to manage vendor relationships and secure advantageous terms.
- Proficient in Analytical Skills to effectively assess sales trends, customer behavior, and market opportunities.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability in Customer Service to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Track record in Sales and achieving tangible revenue goals in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in managing quick commerce or e-commerce operations is an added advantage.
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
