Hiring Now | Billing Engineer | URC Construction
URC Construction is looking for an experienced Billing Engineer for our Commercial Hospital Building Project located in Vellore.
Location: Vellore
Project: Commercial Hospital Building Project
Experience Required: 4 8 Years
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and certification of client and subcontractor bills
Quantity take-off and verification as per BOQ
Preparation of RA bills, reconciliation statements, and billing reports
Contractor bill verification and coordination with execution teams
Preparation of material reconciliation and billing documentation
Monitoring project progress for timely billing submissions
Handling rate analysis and quantity estimation activities
Candidate Requirements:
Strong experience in civil billing for commercial building projects
Expertise in Rate Analysis is mandatory
Good knowledge of BOQ, reconciliation, and billing procedures
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
Strong coordination and communication skills
Tamil-speaking candidates preferred
