Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who can handle quantity estimation, billing, cost control, and coordination activities for large-scale building projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare quantity take-off and BOQ verification

Handle client billing and subcontractor billing activities

Monitor project quantities, variations, and cost control

Prepare reconciliation statements for material consumption

Coordinate with Site, Planning, Billing, and Procurement teams

Verify work progress and support invoice preparation

Track project budget, measurements, and commercial activities

Prepare MIS reports and billing status updates

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: 47 Years in EPC / Commercial Building Projects

Strong knowledge in Quantity Surveying & Billing activities

Experience in Hospital, High-rise, Institutional, or Commercial projects preferred

Good understanding of BOQ, estimation, reconciliation, and billing processes

Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment

Education

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
