Job Description
Job Title: Mechanical Quantity Surveyor
Work Location: Bengaluru
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 10+ years experience in Mechanical Quantity Surveying.
Technical Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), Plumbing systems (water supply and drainage), Firefighting systems, Gas systems etc.
- Proven experience in preparing quantity take-offs for all the above systems.
- Proficient in industry-standard software: Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel
- Experience in preparing technical specifications for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, Fire protection, and LPG. (Preferred)
- Familiarity with medical gas systems will be considered an added advantage.
