Quantitative Trader

Key Responsibilities

• 3-6 years of exp with Coordinate onboarding and migration of trading flows with technology and business stakeholders
• Support and monitor trading workflows across Equities and Derivatives
• Perform pipe cleaning activities for new asset classes before full-scale production rollout
• Review and validate production changes to ensure system stability
• Analyze production issues and provide timely resolutions
• Work closely with trading desks, operations, and support teams across regions
• Create and maintain internal tools, scripts, and automation utilities
• Participate in production support activities and incident management

Required Skills

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Good understanding of financial markets and asset classes (Equities & Derivatives preferred)
• Strong Linux/Unix environment knowledge
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python or Shell scripting
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Trade Support.
• Exposure to trading systems and trade lifecycle
• Knowledge of SQL and databases
• Experience with Python, kdb+/q, or automation scripting
• Understanding of market structure and trading fundamentals
