ROLE OVERVIEW

The Quality Supervisor will ensure that all construction works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and Quality Assurance Plan (QAP). The role involves conducting inspections, maintaining quality documentation, and coordinating with client representatives during inspections.

KEY RESPONSIBITIES

• Monitor all civil construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Inspect excavation levels, reinforcement placement, formwork installation, and embedment prior to concreting.
• Verify material quality and test certificates.
• Conduct concrete quality tests such as slump test and cube sampling.
• Maintain inspection records, test reports, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with client representatives for inspection requests and approvals.
• Ensure implementation of approved method statements and inspection checklists.
• Maintain records of non-conformance reports (NCR) and corrective actions.
• Support preparation of quality reports and documentation for project audits.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Educational Background: B.E./B.Tech/ Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized AICTE-approved institute.

Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience in civil construction projects.

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of construction materials, testing procedures as per relevant Indian Standards..
• Familiarity with Quality Assurance Plans and inspection procedures.
• Ability to maintain quality documentation and reports.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills for training and awareness programs.

Software Proficiency: MS Office Suite.

SCHEDULE

• Shift: As per construction requirements, Full Time, Permanent.
• Work Location: Udaipur, Beawar (Rajasthan)
