Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer with strong experience in commercial and hospital building projects. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in quality inspection, ITP preparation & implementation, and finishing works inspection.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and implement ITP (Inspection & Test Plan) activities.
• Conduct quality inspections for civil finishing works and interior activities.
• Ensure site execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and site execution teams for inspections and approvals.
• Monitor QA/QC documentation, checklists, NCRs, and quality reports.
• Perform material inspections and maintain quality records.
• Ensure proper implementation of quality procedures at site.
• Handle inspections related to commercial and hospital building finishing works.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge in QA/QC procedures for building construction.
• Experience in ITP preparation and inspection processes.
• Good understanding of finishing activities such as plastering, flooring, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, etc.
• Familiarity with quality documentation and reporting.
• Ability to coordinate with project teams and consultants effectively.

Preferred Qualification

• BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience in commercial or healthcare/hospital projects is mandatory.
