Job Description
METALCAST INDIA is looking for an experienced and process-oriented Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team.
We manufacture:
Brass transformer connectors
Electrical lugs & terminals
Forged & machined components
Tin-plated electrical hardware
We are looking for someone who understands manufacturing practically and can help strengthen our quality systems as we scale.
Role Responsibilities
* Incoming, in-process & final inspection
* Rejection analysis & corrective actions
* Forging and machining quality control
* Inspection planning & documentation
* Customer complaint handling
* Calibration and traceability systems
* Support during OEM/customer audits
Preferred Experience
Forging / Machining Industry
Brass/Copper Components
Electrical or Transformer Components
ISO Documentation & QC Systems
Skills Required
* Drawing reading
* Vernier / Micrometer / Gauges
* Process inspection
* Root cause analysis
* Practical shop-floor quality control
Experience
510 years preferred
Location
Delhi NCR
