Job Description
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. You engage in continuous testing activities that cover security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. Your role includes developing automation strategies and scripts, managing data and environment configurations, and actively participating in code reviews. You also monitor and report defects, contributing to ongoing enhancements in the testing process and overall application quality throughout the development lifecycle.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of testing processes and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on testing best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing, Functional Test Planning, Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Functional.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting languages relevant to Salesforce environments.
- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans including functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools and the ability to analyze and report issues effectively.
- Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes to support automated testing.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
