Job Description
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive testing strategies that support the entire application lifecycle. This role focuses on integrating various tools and processes to enhance delivery speed and product quality. The day includes continuous testing activities covering security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. Additionally, the role involves developing automation strategies, creating automated test scripts, and managing data and environment configurations. Active participation in code reviews and defect monitoring ensures ongoing improvements in testing processes and overall product reliability.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to define and implement automation strategies that align with project goals and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure testing activities are aligned with business requirements and delivery timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Experience in designing and executing performance and load testing scenarios using Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Strong understanding of continuous testing methodologies and integration within the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to develop and maintain automated test scripts and manage test data and environment configurations.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and reporting tools to support quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Capability to participate effectively in code reviews and collaborate with development teams to enhance product quality.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
