Quality Control Associate

Role Overview:

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Quality Control Executive to join our team.
• The role involves routine quality testing and documentation for herbal and nutraceutical
• supplements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality systems.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine physicochemical, microbiological, and organoleptic testing of raw materials, in-
• process, and finished products.
• Conduct sampling and analysis as per SOPs and regulatory guidelines (FSSAI/AYUSH/WHO-GMP).
• Maintain all QC records, logbooks, and data sheets with accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality deviations or non-conformities.
• Conduct stability testing and assist in shelf-life studies.
• Ensure cleanliness and calibration of instruments (HPLC, UV-Vis, pH meter, etc.).
• Support documentation related to COAs, batch release, RM/PM specifications, etc.
• Follow good laboratory practices (GLP) and maintain lab hygiene and safety.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field
• 13 years of experience in QC, preferably in herbal/nutraceuticals/pharmaceuticals
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (FSSAI, GMP, ISO 22000 preferred)
• Basic knowledge of analytical instruments
