Job Description
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead quality management, compliance, and risk governance across global professional services delivery.
Role Overview
This role will be responsible for defining and governing enterprise-wide quality, compliance, and risk frameworks, ensuring delivery excellence, audit readiness, and regulatory adherence across multi-region engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001, ITIL, CMMI, and Agile/DevOps
- Establish quality gates, assurance checkpoints, and delivery readiness reviews
- Track and improve delivery KPIs: SLA compliance, defect leakage, CSAT, escalations
- Lead RCA and CAPA for quality and customer issues
- Own compliance frameworks covering ISO 27001/27701, SOC 1/2, GDPR, and regulatory standards
- Manage risk & compliance registers across programs
- Lead internal, external, and customer audits and ensure certification readiness
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement (Lean / Six Sigma)
- Partner with Delivery, PMO, Security, Legal, Finance, and HR teams
- Provide executive dashboards and insights on quality, risk, and compliance

Qualifications
- 1015+ years in IT consulting / professional services
- Experience in leading quality, compliance, or governance functions at scale
- Exposure to global delivery models and complex programs
- Certifications preferred: ISO, ITIL, PMP, SAFe, Six Sigma
