We Are Hiring | Quality Assurance & Customer Support Engineer

Industry: Foundry / Casting / Machining / Auto Components
Location: Shiroli,Kolhapur - 416122
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance & Customer Support Engineer with strong knowledge of castings and machined components.
- Inspection of machined components after machining
- Checking critical dimensions of cylinder head / components
- Handle customer complaints / rejection reports and internal investigation
- Understand customer drawings, specifications, tolerances
- Coordinate with production and provide technical support to customers
- Attend customer audits, NPD, and sample approvals
- 510 years experience in QA / Customer Quality / Customer Support
- Experience in Foundry, C.I. Castings, Cylinder Head, Machining preferred
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
