Job Description:

1. Test Leadership & Delivery

Lead endtoend QA activities for Salesforce projects across functional, integration, regression, and UAT cycles.

Define test strategies, plans, and quality metrics aligned with project goals.

Own test governance, risk identification, and qualitycontrol checkpoints.

Coordinate with crossfunctional squads for timely QA signoffs.

2. Automation Strategy & Execution

Build and maintain automation frameworks using Python + Selenium.

Design scalable automation suites for regression, smoke, and integration tests.

Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub).

Evaluate new automation tools and recommend improvements.

3. Quality Practices & Governance

Champion QA best practices: test data management, traceability, defect triage, entry/exit criteria.

Establish and enforce coding and automation standards.

Drive continuous improvement via quality dashboards, metrics, and retrospectives.

5. Team Leadership

Guide and mentor QA engineers on Salesforce testing and automation.

Review test cases, automation code, and ensure adherence to standards.

Support hiring, onboarding, and capability uplift for the QA team.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• 10+ years QA experience, with at least 7 years in Automation Testing
• Strong handson proficiency in Python, Selenium WebDriver, and automation frameworks.
• Experience testing Salesforce Lightning, LWC, API testing (Postman/python), and data validation.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, GitHub, Git branching, and versioncontrolled automation pipelines.
• Good understanding of SDLC/STLC, Agile, Scrum.
