Python Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are looking forPython Technical Leadswith proven experience designing and leadinglarge-scale SaaS platforms. This role requires strong architectural ownership, deepexpertisein distributed and event-driven systems, and the ability to guide teams in building highly scalable, reliable products.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and define backend architecture for the SaaS platform
• Design and lead implementation ofdistributed, event-driven systems
• Drive platform-wide usage ofKafka-based messaging architectures
• Define data strategies usingSQL, NoSQL, and graph databases
• Ensure scalability, availability, security, and performance
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to teams
• Review system designs, code, and architectural decisions
• Collaborate with product, DevOps, and leadership teams
• Lead incident reviews, architectural improvements, and long-term roadmap
• Support hiring, technical evaluations, and team growth

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Expert-levelproficiencyinPython(must)
• Strong experience designingdistributed systemsat scale
• Hands-on experience withSQL and NoSQL databases
• Strong experience withApache Kafka and event-driven architectures
• Proven experience building and scalingSaaS platforms
• Strong systemdesign and architectural skills
• Experience leading technical teams and large codebases
• Strong understanding ofmicroservices, reliability, and scalability patterns
• Extensive experience inLinux-based production environments

Good to Have

• Experience withgraph databases(Neo4j,JanusGraph, etc.)
• Strong hands-on experience withJava
• Experience withKubernetes, cloud-native platforms
• Knowledge of security, authentication, and data protection practices
