Python Full Stack Lead

1.KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

oLead and mentor the developer guild, ensuring best engineering practices and code quality.

oOwn and create Low-Level Designs (LLD), ensuring alignment with overall architecture and business requirements.

oBreak down LLD into clear, actionable technical tasks for developers.

oCollaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to define technical solutions.

oLead the day-to-day technical execution inside the squad.

oTranslate the architecture towers high-level blueprint into detailed designs and implementation plans.

oEnsure the dev team follows coding standards, patterns, and architectural guardrails.

oMake tactical decisions in the squad while escalating strategic architecture topics to the tower.

oDrive code reviews, technical backlog refinement, and estimation.

oCollaborate with Product Manager and the Architecture Tower to guarantee the solution meets functional & Non Functional requirements.

oEnsure proper observability, logging, testing, and performance monitoring in the implementation.

oWill be involved in developing web applications using technologies like Reactjs, python, Node, C# and azure cloud.

oEffective communication with the Stakeholders and delivering the solutions within the agreed timelines.

oAdher to Organisation defined Standards and industry best practices while executing the solutions

oStrong knowledge of Python libraries and frameworks like Flask, Django, fast api and be a role model to the subordinates/team members.

2. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

oDegree in computer science or similar stream, with 6+ years experience in Application development, with atleast 2 years Relevant experience in leading Digital transformations.

oExperience on developing the digital transoformations solutions using using frameworks like Progresive Web Applications, React.js, python (flask, Django, fastapi), Node.js and SQL

oPrior experience in building enterprise applications and handons with micro service or event driven architectures, Consuming and Integrations of APIs, middleware and webservices.

oStrong knowledge of Azure cloud services Paas services like app services, Storage accounts, PaaS SQL, Container instances etc.

oStrong understand of Object Oriented Models, Oops Concepts, Html, CSS, Javascript, Bootstraps libraries, React components., ADO, webpack, Vite etc

oStrong handons experience in building SQL Queries, optimizations, profiling etc.

oFamiliar with office applications like Excels and O365 apps will be an advantage
